When you start work with a new agency, but you already have a profile with JoinedUp, your new agency will create a new profile for you. You can then choose whether or not to share the details on your original profile with the new agency. Here's how to do it:

When your agency has created a new profile, you'll receive an email like this.

When you click to sign in, you'll be sent to a page where you can choose to share your profile details with the new agency.

These details include:

  • Mobile number

  • Address

  • Date of birth

  • Gender

  • Nationality

  • Your work permit and permit details (if applicable)

  • National insurance number

  • Tacho/DQC/FLT details (if applicable)

  • Settled status

  • Contact preferences

If you untick the box, your details will not be shared with the new agency and they will fill in the new profile from scratch.

You may also receive a request to link your profile with your new agency. This happens when your email address has changed. All you need to do to link your profile is follow the link in the email you will receive.

Once your profile has been linked, you'll be able to switch between agencies by using the dropdown menu in the upper right corner. If you like, you can change the details on each agency's part of your profile. For example, you could put different email addresses down for different agencies. If you have more than one email address on your JoinedUp profile, you will be able to log in to JoinedUp using any of these email addresses.

This is what It looks like on the mobile version:
