When a shift has been shared with a Partner Agency, you'll see a range of different statuses.

  1. Filled - Pending

When a worker(s) has been proposed for that shift.

2. Filled - Accepted

When a worker has been accepted onto the shift.

3. In progress

The default status when a shift is shared to a partner agency and no action has been taken on it yet. This means that the partner agency haven't made any changes.

4. Pending

When the partner agency has marked the shift as pending. This means that they are actively looking for a worker to fill, but haven't managed to yet.

5. Won't fill

When the partner agency has marked the shift as won't fill. This means that they are unable to fill the shift at all.
