If you are experiencing a problem with JoinedUp we’ll do everything we can to get you back on track. If you are logged into the system at the time, you simply need to click on the chat icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, this will send your message directly to our support team. You can also send us other questions or queries via this way, but please do check our FAQ's and help articles as these may answer your questions straight away.
If you’re not in the system then all you need to do is email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll make sure we get back to you as soon as we can. If you would rather we called you back then please add your contact phone number in the text of the message and we’ll call you too. If you want to call us you can on 020 3322 3534.
We’ll do our very best to make sure that we respond to your message as quickly as we can but please be aware that our support hours are Monday to Friday 0900 – 1800.
