First enter the e-mail address your profile was created with and click next. You must use the e-mail address associated with your profile or else it won't send you a reset.
Now, just click 'forgotten your password?' link to see the option to reset your password.
You'll then see the below screen. Please double-check that the e-mail address is correct and there are no typo's. This e-mail needs to be the one you use for your JoinedUp account.
Once you click "reset password" in the blue box, we’ll send you an e-mail to set up a new password.
If you don't receive an email from the system and your profile has been created by an agency, the best thing to do would be to get in touch with them directly as they may need to update your email address in the system.
